Impact Pro: Metal Detection
Impact Pro is designed for metal detecting. This page presents its operating systems, field benefits and specifications clearly without treating general depth or range claims as identical for every target and soil condition.
Search systems and operation
General Mode
All-target response with modulated audio.
DI2 Mode
Two tones separate ferrous from non-ferrous targets.
Deep Mode
Designed for large and deep targets.
VLX Mode
Stable search in difficult soil with slower, deeper processing.
COG Mode
Setting designed for conductive ground and wet sand.
Key field benefits
- Three Frequencies: 5, 14 and 20 kHz adapt the detector to the target.
- 12 Search Modes: Multiple options for coins, relics and depth.
- 0–99 Target ID: Digital signal analysis before digging.
- Multiple Ground Balance: Automatic, manual and tracking.
- Waterproof Coil: Suitable for wet ground and shallow water.

Recommended uses
The detector is suited to metal detecting. Actual results depend on target size and depth, ground conditions, settings and operator experience.
Who should choose this detector?
Impact Pro is suitable for detectorists searching for coins, jewelry and buried metal objects. Reading the manual and receiving practical training helps the operator select the correct setup and interpret signals accurately.
Why buy Impact Pro from Grand Detectors?
Grand Detectors helps match the detector and configuration to your search location, with practical guidance and after-sales technical support. We also explain realistic performance limits before field use.
Impact Pro frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for beginners?
A new user can operate it after learning calibration and signal-confirmation steps, while experienced operators can use the available systems and adjustments in more detail.
What depth or range can it reach?
No single number applies to every situation. Performance varies with target size and type, soil or environmental conditions and the selected search system.
How can I improve results?
Calibrate correctly, survey in consistent lines and confirm a response from more than one direction before excavation or further measurement.
